Christopher Nortley is the Founder and President of MHRE, Inc., a national advisory firm specializing exclusively in the acquisition and disposition of manufactured housing and RV communities across the United States.

Christopher has been a leading figure in the MHRV asset class since launching MHRE in 2011. Under his leadership, the firm rapidly rose to the top tier of the industry, and Christopher was recognized as the #1 individual broker in the manufactured housing and RV community sector in both 2015 and 2016.

From 2020 through 2025, Christopher shifted his primary focus from brokerage to principal ownership and operations, building and managing a private portfolio of manufactured housing and recreational vehicle assets. This portfolio includes:

• All-age manufactured housing communities
• Age-restricted manufactured housing communities
• RV resorts and parks
• A marina asset

This ownership experience provides Christopher with direct operational credentials across every major segment of the MHRV landscape — expertise that significantly outweighs traditional transaction-only brokerage backgrounds. His understanding of resident dynamics, infrastructure, rent strategy, capital improvement execution, and long-term asset stewardship gives MHRE a uniquely informed perspective on both acquisitions and dispositions.

In 2026, Christopher reentered the brokerage and advisory field with the launch of MHRE’s Core Client Representation (CCR) Platform, a refined model designed to serve a select group of institutional buyers seeking immediate scale, disciplined execution, and responsible long-term ownership alignment.

CCR launched with its first core client in 2026 and reflects Christopher’s commitment to off-market confidentiality, market-leading pricing outcomes, and sustainable growth within one of the most supply-constrained real estate sectors in the United States.

Melissa Wade is MHRE Inc.’s Senior Transaction Manager whose position spans all aspects of the marketing functions including corporate branding, campaign and collateral creation, public relations, market research and analysis, development and coordination of offerings, and database maintenance.

Prior to assuming her current role, Melissa held Graphic and Web positions in Marketing for a number of firms in Michigan. Her 14 year career has focused on establishing a company’s brand and identity presence both online and in print. Her process employs best practices and design methods to insure the success of the projects.

Her professional experience comprises not only marketing, but web development, graphic design, SEO, and print processes. A diversified business background has allowed her to evaluate each individual client’s needs and cater a branding identity and marketing plan that is well positioned for success.
