MHRE is a specialized real estate advisory firm focused exclusively on the acquisition and disposition of manufactured housing and RV communities throughout the United States. Our team is intentionally small and highly selective, providing a differentiated, high-conviction approach within a complex and supply-constrained asset class.

Founded in 2011, MHRE rapidly established itself as one of the top three brokerage platforms in the manufactured housing and RV community sector. Our success was built on deep industry expertise, disciplined execution, and long-standing relationships with institutional and private owners nationwide.

Over the past 15 years, the sector has experienced significant structural change. Manufactured housing communities have increasingly attracted substantial institutional capital, new market entrants, and a growing number of brokerage firms competing within a highly restrictive inventory environment. With more equity pursuing a limited supply of quality assets, competitive pressures across the space have intensified.

At the same time, the emergence of inexperienced or misaligned operators has, in certain cases, introduced practices that place undue strain on resident populations within a fundamentally workforce and low-income housing asset class – particularly within age-restricted communities serving retirees and residents on fixed incomes.
